Scotland Excel Engineering &Technical Consultancy Framework- Appointed to the Scotland Excel Framework, we provide Transportation and Traffic services to Local Authorities, education establishments, airports and other public bodies throughout Scotland.

Association of Greater Manchester Authorities

The Framework will enable WYCA, all its constituent members and others to call upon the services of Specialist Professionals to assist in delivering all aspects of specialist support services for Municipal, Infrastructure, Transportation Engineering, etc.

ESPO (Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) Consultancy Services Framework – For Highways, Transport and Logistics services. ESPO is available to any UK Local Authority and a wide range of other national, regional and local public sector organization.

LTP also have a track record of successful delivery through the YORconsult framework.
