Transport Assessment 

We provided a detailed appraisal of all transport aspects associated with the hotel development located on the former Lexington Avenue nightclub site, Ferensway in Hull city centre. The proposals involved the construction of a 159 bed hotel, with a restaurant, conference centre and gym.

Our work included analysis on the site planning history, assessment of the local highway network and pedestrian/cycle facilities, and public transport provision.  We also carried out a road casualty appraisal and trip generation projections to identify any impacts on the adjacent highway network.
